Recommendation: arrive in Zhenjiang for June 10th (Wednesday) afternoon/evening and leave on the 12th after lunch. You can book your flights/accommodations via your main office secretaries or get the fapiao to get reimbursed later (but check with your school secretary first to ensure you have all the right information to get reimbursed).
Transportation from Changzhou airport or Zhenjiang South Railway Station to hotel/school will be provided by the host school (i.e. Zhenjiang). DHs/ Science Leaders are responsible for communicating and arranging transportation ahead of time with the systems coordinator. Lunch will be provided for both days.
